*The early registration deadline is Friday, December 11, 2009. Register Now! Fees increase an additional $25 after December 11. Those received after December 28, 2009 will also be based on first-come, first-serve basis with space availability.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be assessed a $50 administrative fee until December 11, 2009.

Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from December 12, 2009 through December 31, 2009.

Cancellations received after December 31, 2009, are nonrefundable.
