To guarantee space, payments must be received prior to Friday,
December 11, 2009.
Register early! Fees increase an additional
$25 after December 11, 2009.
Those received
after December 28, 2009 will also be based on first-come, first-serve basis with
space availability.

Changes to Booths
Changes to booths will need to be made 14 days prior to the event. No changes
will be allowed with less than 14 days to the event.

the expo traffic factors, a maximum of 3 booth representatives are allowed per
