Iowa Career Expo Employer Registration Form

Employers, Register Now! Sell your company's employment opportunities to these attentive candidates as we promote Iowa employment opportunities and encourage them to either STAY or possibly RETURN to Iowa.

Early registrants will have the added advantage of having their presence on our website for a longer period of time!

To guarantee space, payments must be received prior to Friday, December 11, 2009. Register early!  Fees increase an additional $25 after December 11, 2009. Those received after December 28, 2009 will also be based on first-come, first-serve basis with space availability.

Changes to Booths
Changes to booths will need to be made 14 days prior to the event.  No changes will be allowed with less than 14 days to the event.

Rates:

Single Booth*
$350 - For profit rate
$300 - Non-profit rate

Double Booth*
$700 - For profit rate
$600 - Non-profit rate

Single Booths are 10x10 with a 8 foot table. Double booths are 2 10x10 areas with 2 8 foot tables.

Due to the expo traffic factors, a maximum of 3 booth representatives are allowed per booth (6 for double booths).

Additional services:
$100 for electrical hook-up (must be paid in advance)
$150 for phone line hook-up (must be paid in advance)
$150 for wireless Internet hook-up (must be paid in advance)
$200 for wired Internet hook-up (must be paid in advance)
$20 each for additional lunches (must be paid in advance); Number of additional lunches needed =
