Information on employers will be placed on the CISHRM website once registration is complete.  Employers who register early have the advantage of longer exposure on the website.

To guarantee space, payments must be received prior to Friday December 13, 2013.  Register early!  Fees increase $25 after December 13, 2013.  Registrations received after January 2, 2014, will be based on first-come, first-serve basis with space availability.


Single Booth – For Profit
Rate after Dec. 13, 2013:  $395.00

Single Booth – Non-Profit
Rate after Dec. 13, 2013: $345.00

Double Booth – For Profit
Rate after Dec. 13. 2013:  $765.00

Double Booth – Non-Profit
Rate after Dec. 13, 2013:  $665.00

Registration includes parking and two lunches. Additional lunches are $20 each.
Electrical Hook-Up: $100

Booth Information
Single Booths are 10x10 with a 8-foot table.  Double booths are 2-10x10 areas with 2-8-foot tables.  Due to the expo traffic factors, a maximum of 3 booth representatives are allowed per booth (6 for double booths).

Requests for changes to booths must be made at least 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to 703-637-4478 or e-mailed to
  • Cancellations received before Dec. 13, 2013, will be assessed a $50 administrations fee.
  • Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from December 13, 2013 through December 31, 2013.
  • Cancellations received after December 31, 2013, are ineligible for a refund of any of the registration fee.

Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather, CISHRM reserves the sole right to make a decision regarding whether or not the event will take place.  If CISHRM decides to cancel the event, all registrations received by Dec. 31, 2013 will be refunded.  Refunds will occur only if the event is cancelled by CISHRM.
